Stories (of tomorrow)
People, places & worn out faces Tell of the life that they’ve been in Grey of the mind, hides inside The joy that once lived within
What will they say about tomorrow Just close your eyes and you can dream Another story of tomorrow Those are the stories of today
Take a look into the future all your hopes and fears will we learn to live together wipe away the tears.
What will they say about tomorrow Just close your eyes and you can dream Another story of tomorrow Those are the stories of today

Everything changes
Times may come & times may go Never lost to my self I know Love is there gonna keep it warm Holding you in my arms Not there, but never gone Some things you gotta hold on ...Nothings wrong I'm just travelling on Is it really any wonder It’s not the same Everything changes, with time.. Feels so right & I don’t care Thinkin’ bout when you were there You know & I know We’ll never let it go Do you remember when We were just kids back then Taking time living day by day Everything was alright ,OK.. Is it really any wonder It’s not the same, no no.. Everything changes, with time.. & on, & on, & on we go Always there but in another place, I know..

Shakin’ & Quakin’
End of the night & I saw her outside Looking in at me She said I’m on my way home but I need to use your phone Can I use it please Said you can use it any time but to get you on the line I need your number can you give it to me Call me tomorrow, I’ve got something in store I’m not fakin’ we’ll be shakin’ & a quakin’ Knocking on the floor So step outside, come on & take a ride with me So the very next day I called her on the phone Said so where’s it gonna be She said you know that motel, yes I know it very well Call in on room 17 I’m not joking we’re gonna be smokin’ When your doing what you’re doing to me So I met her at the place, she had a grin on her face She was really built to please & I was no fool, all she promised was true Straight up, no reason to tease So I guess it just shows, when it goes it just goes & that’s alright with me

Red City Blues
The boy left home He only knew that he had to go So he said good-bye and set out for the city He didn't know What he would find, but he knew in time He'd get used to life living in this big city Well he couldn't find no place to stay But he knew someday he'd make his way & take it all away from this mean old city As the rain poured down, he cried out loud & the people walked bye said he's lost his mind We don't need his kind in our beautiful city He's going home He's had too much, it's been too long He's going home So he'd hang around, & sing his song with the friends he'd found Then he fell in love with a girl from this city & she said she'd stay, But she couldn't wait for him to make his way That's what they say, those folks from the city He's going home He's had too much, it's been too long He's going home
